These pants are destined to be controversial. They are a thick synthetic fabric with stretch and a matte finish. Cut beautifully, they drape like a slack and look amazing with smart casual tops. Instantly refines an outfit without giving up comfort. The waist band has enough substance to anchor the ...pant so they don't drift like leisurewear, but it is stretchy enough to move freely but still sit in them for hours. They don't wrinkle easily, making them a great travel option. Great for conferences and flights. Move over jeans, these are so much more comfortable and are suitable for office wear.
I bought a large tall based on the sizing chart (I wanted them to be full length, not ankle inseam). I waited too long to try them on, missed the return window. They're very, very loose, and due to the stretchiness, too big and sloppy for office wear. I'm 5'6" and 160 lbs and wear size 10 or 12 usua...lly. Should have bought a medium. I love the seam detail, but it is actually a pain to keep them looking good. I had spend a lot of time ironing these, but was hoping they'd be like my other ponte pants and look good straight out of the dryer. The weight of the fabric is heavy, and they feel well-made. I might take them to a tailor to see if they can be altered at a reasonable cost, or buy a medium to see if it is a better fit for me.

The pants are lovely and fit well. However, if you are petite like me, they are much too long. Unfortunately, none of the stores had petite sizes available to try on, making it difficult to find the right fit.

Got these pants with a matching blazer cause they were on sale and I need a new suit - I am 150 5'7 and got large - I like thing loose so I got wide leg - pants drape nicely - length is great - a little loose but a medium would have been too tight I think - great quality - feels comfortable - I am pleasantly surprised - hope they last

Love these. Thick material. 4 way stretch. Going to stand up to multiple wears. I find banana republic runs smaller than Gap and old navy. This feels true to those sizing than typical banana republic. Wish I had bought another 2 pair on the sale.
