Lovely short in soft light fabric for the hot hot days. A reasonable length for ladies who are not 18 or born with model legs. Like most BRF sizing is misleading. I'm normally a 6 (8 in some brands) and I needed a 4 for a tailored fit. Great colors. The pink is really subtle and sophisticated.
The design and quality of these short is good but the waist is very small! Definitely need to size up! The length and hips are sized perfectly but then the waist is so much smaller - very odd. So disappointed I can't exchange these. Seems like Banana Republic's sizing has been very off lately. ...I've been a loyal fan for a couple of decades but I may have to start shopping around. :(

Love these shorts!! Fantastic fit in rise and inseam length and very cute, fun color. I bought a second pair right away in another color. I can't wait to wear them and I normally don't like to wear shorts. They are a bit generously sized - the size 0 is very roomy but not so big that they look sloppy (I'm 5' 2.5", approx. 104lbs, short legs and proportionately longer torso; I purchased regular, not petite).
