I love the fit and color. It is a great piece but it is very heavy...I'm not sure why but that makes it more of a fall/winter piece here in the South rather than year round. I will look for a lighter weight jacket but I am keeping this one.

Fits well, is comfortable and easy to clean, and looks sharp! Size small worked great for me, it's fitted but with enough room to move comfortably (125lbs, 5'4')

The material is nice and looks good on. Creates a professional look. Seems to run a bit large.

With the right amount of thickness (I live in Los Angeles so can wear anytime other than hot summer days) the jacket has good stretch to it so makes it very comfortable. I was debating between M and a L but went with L for a bit of stylish oversize look.
