This dress is beautiful—the cut and sizing is exactly what one would expect from a tailor made dress. I purchased the brown linen blend dress in a 4 Petite. I'm 5'5", 127 lbs., short waisted. The regular sizing is usually long in the arm openings and waist, so petite is a better fit. I gently wa...shed it in cold water, delicate cycle. Partially dried on delicate cycle and hung up to complete drying. Perfect transitional piece worn from now through early Fall. So many occasions to dress up or worn casually with sandals this summer. You'll love it!
I wish I had sized down in this dress as it wasn't as form fitting as I expected- especially after reading reviews saying it was tight in the bust. I think it's a bit roomy. I'm typically a size M or 8 at 5'9 145lbs but could have gone down to a small probably. Unfortunately the sapphire color is ou...t of stock for an exchange. Might return.

I really like this dress. It has a nice cut and is lined. I'm busty, so I generally size up to cover my chest and tailor down. I had enough material to cover my chest, and can even have the waist taken in.

Very flattering. The fabric doesn't seem the best quality but you get what you pay for I guess. It runs a bit on the big side and definitely shorter than I'd like, but I may keep it regardless. Love the pockets!

This dress is absolutely perfect! I'll be wearing it all summer long. I wish it came in even more colors, I purchased the yellow. The material is so light and comfortable. The dress fits to a woman's curves perfectly, such great design. BR couldn't have created a better dress!

Beautiful dress. Lined and lovely yellow color and can be dressed up or down. I plan to wear it for a wedding this summer with gold shoes and accessories. I am 5'4" and pear shaped. At first I tried a Medium Petite and didn't love it. Then I tried a regular Medium and loved it. I might have to take the straps up an inch for best fit on top. I hope BR will make it in other colors like solid pink and solid light blue. Bring on the colors for Summertime and Summer wedding season!

Love the style of this dress, but couldn't zip up around my chest. If I went up a size , then it would look dumpy everyplace else. Common problem at Banana Republic for me as I am very heavy chested. However, you will love this dress if you have a smaller bust. The fabric is beautiful, and drapes very nicely without added bulk. Flattering top that you can wear a normal bra with.

Super cute dress! But the chest is really tight. I'm 5'3" chest 36", waist 31", hip 41" and got a regular medium. I originally got the large petite based on size and other reviews saying it ran small, but was absolutely swimming in it both chest and waist. Went back for the regular medium and while the waist fits great the chest is incredibly tight. I love the color and overall shape of the skirt so keeping it but if you're in between regular sizes I would size up!
