Other reviews are correct. Arms and chest are WAY too small. I am always a small, but this is definitely not wearable. Sending back, which is too bad because it's cute in the picture.

I really like this dress, especially the unique color. However, as others have already commented, it does not fit true to size. The bust and arms are much too tight. I was hoping to wear this to a holiday party as an alternative to the classic colors, but I needed a larger size and it was unavailable.
