I'm a size 10 in blazers at expensive brands, and these in M are absolutely perfect basics. The variety of colors makes them distinct enough to wear 1-2 each week without feeling like I'm wearing something repetitive. Seriously a staple. I will cry if they ever stop producing this garment & praying ...for new colors/patterns. The red was vibrant , the dark green is classy, & the tan with stripes were a nice touch!
I ordered an XS, I'm 114 lbs and 5'4" but it was still big. I've realized that I've bought many Banana Republic clothes that are not true to size. I bought a dress last year XS that I can't wear cause it is still big. I wish I've read more reviews. So, If it says fitted you may still need to size do...wn just to make sure the neck and the arms fit.

I love these short sleeve turtleneck tops. I have them in 5 colors and wear them year round. They are soft, slightly stretchy and very comfortable. Fits me like a glove. Perfect wardrobe staple for a great price.
