I thought "factory" meant "outlet," which used to be overstock or imperfect items. These are however just substantially lower quality product than I expect from BR. The fabric is thin, I would not bet on them lasting a year; and the fit is weird (loose on the waist, but tight in the thighs? What ma...n is that shape??) You get a good deal but you get a subpar product, something I would expect from the GAP or Uniqlo.
