I am 5'5 and I ordered the Petite in size 4 and its literally still too long. The average woman in the USA is 5'4 so honestly its out of hand lol. BR pants are always way too long. Most people are not wearing 4+ inch heels daily to the office. The petite graze the ground when I wear sambas, loafers,... even doc martens. I need at least 2 -in heels on to wear these. I live in NYC and take the subway so one, I'm not wearing heels when I walk everywhere and two, I don't want my pants dragging on the nasty NYC ground. That said, the fabric is nice, the pants are nice, the cut is great. I've gotten lots of compliments.
I ordered these trousers in the petite cut and loved them initially. I wore them for one week without issue and then washed them one time, following the care instructions on the tag exactly. When I took them out, the seam on one of the pant legs had entirely fallen out and thus was far too long for ...me to wear, in addition to being uneven with the other leg. After contacting support they said I would have to return the pants and have them be evaluated as defective before I could receive a refund, and they did not offer a replacement and instead told me I could reorder if I wanted. As I like the fit of the pants, Im going to pay to get them fixed rather than return (especially since they couldn't guarantee I would actually receive a refund) or reorder, but I am frustrated that I have to do that after only a week of owning them and being excited about them.
