5'7" 150 lbs 34D size 28 in COH jeans and a S/M in everything else. I ordered a small (since other reviews said it runs big and also because I think BR Factory runs a little bigger than BR in general) and it's perfect. The pink is not as "hot" as expected, but still beautiful. I have broad shoulders..., a long torso and slightly longer than normal arms. It wasn't tight in the shoulders and the sleeves were a perfect length. This is not super long, but not cropped, and it falls around the top of my hips. I haven't washed it yet. I'll likely go back for 1-2 more.
I definitely sized down. I wear a solid medium, and I had to get a small. I like the look of it and the feeling of the fabric is very comfortable. But it's too short to stay tucked in well. Maybe for a very high waisted pant, but not with the suit pants I needed it to work with. Thank God, I had a s...uit blazer that I could keep buttoned most of the time but it's definitely too short to stay nicely tucked in unless you are maybe a petite or short waisted.

I have this blouse in 3 colors and I love it! I mostly wear it to work, however I have worn it out to dinner with friends and on a special occasion. The blouse is feminine and fits nicely. The sleeves and cuffs are my favorite part of the blouse... so pretty.
