I definitely sized down. I wear a solid medium, and I had to get a small. I like the look of it and the feeling of the fabric is very comfortable. But it's too short to stay tucked in well. I have this blouse in 3 colors and I love it! I mostly wear it to work, however I have worn it out to dinner with friends and on a special occasion. The blouse is feminine and fits nicely. The sleeves and cuffs are my favorite part of the blouse... so pretty.
