I am 5'4 and 118lbs. I got this in an XS white. It fits nicely. It is still loose and a good length. It washed well on cold. I air dried until it was almost dry then popped it in the dryer for a few minutes. No shrinkage. I did have a time ironing it though, but after I wore it for a few minutes, all my ironing errors did not show because the arms wrinkle pretty quickly. It's super cute and not too young as a lot of the spring tops w flutter sleeves are but still offers a fun, modern take for those of us who are over 20.

I wanted to like this but the sleeves came super wrinkled and I think they would be hard to keep nice looking. It also ran a little short for me
