The perfect off the shoulder top. The fabric makes for a well made top that stays in place. Nothing bothers me more than having to constantly adjust an off the shoulder top because it's not made well. This top perfectly situates itself off the shoulder and stays put. I paired this top with the Wide-Leg Mid-Rise Pleated Pull-On Pant for a chic elevated casual look. Perfect to pair with pants or even a skirt.

I really want to love this because the color is beautiful. But it doesn't feel like it's meant to be off the shoulder. When I pull the sleeves down it gapes in the back and the sleeves quickly pop back up.
