This is a beautiful sweater and I'm going to reorder it, but I bought it in my usual size (M) and even though I thought the fit seemed more like a small I was still happy with it - BUT - after washing it following the tag instructions (cold wash in a hand wash bag, did NOT put it in the dryer) and I... can't believe how much smaller it is now. It's no bigger than XS at this point. I'm going to reorder in XL just to be safe. The sizing / fabric issue is unfortunate because this is such a flattering and comfortable spring sweater.
I really wanted to love the sweater, it's a nice thin sweater that you can wear across seasons. I bought it in the light blue, teal, and pink colors and they're absolutely beautiful. I had to return all of them because the fabric just feels so awful on my skin, actively uncomfortable to the touch, ...it's very disappointing. Please make this again with a better fabric. Also true to size for a straight fit, size down if you want more fitted. Runs a little short

This is the most scratchy, uncomfortable, cheap, plastic sweater I have ever purchased in my entire life. There is nothing in the world that would make fiber this low quality look good. Even dollar store acrylic yarn looks and more importantly feels nicer than this sweater does. For this price point I don't expect fantastic quality but this sweater looks and feels like it is not even worth $5. Don't buy it, it's not worth it.

Loved this sweater on its first wear. I got so many compliments. Machine washed cold, gentle, and laid flat to dry. It shrunk at least a size, maybe more. What a bummer!

The design is beautiful. However, compared to other Banana Republic pieces, the sizing runs smaller and the fabric feels slightly itchy. It's not something I would reach for often for everyday comfort.

This sweater is a perfect lightweight spring sweater. However, be very careful when you wash it. After the first wash, the sweater shrank so much it looked like a kids sweater. It's to tight so I will be sending it to the thrift store.
