Bought for a wedding. Beautiful color and fabric. Waist is a little loose, but overall good fit.
I see this is on sale now - I bought it at full price last week and my order arrived last night. I rarely write unsolicited product reviews, but this is just poor craftsmanship. The cummerbund-type feature is unevenly stiched and the whole garment hangs poorly. Also thin, cheap fabric. This looked s...o pretty in the pictures but I am embarrassed to wear it to the event I was planning to wear it to. This is practically Forever-21 or Shein quality. As a long-time customer of Banana Republic and BR Factory, I expect better, especially at this price. Corporate, customers notice your cost-cutting measures. In this economy, I will spend my money with brands that still create quality garments.

I ordered 4 items in size 4 (my usual size) & they all fit fine except this dress, which is a final sale so I am out that money. It is so tight around the mid section that it is hard to breathe & I had to have my husband zip it up. The weird thing is that it is tight around my rib cage which is nothing but skin & bones! There is no way I could lose weight there to make it fit. The design is beautiful but I can't wear it. I wanted it for a couple of wine dinners in France, but even if I could wear it I wouldn't be able to eat anything! I would exchange for a larger size if I could, but sadly it is a final sale so it will have to go to Goodwill.

This is a flattering and extremely comfortable dress with a bonus -pockets! The blouson top does have extra material that makes you look wide, but it was worth it to spend a few extra dollars and have that area tailored. I love this dress so much I bought it in another color.
