This dress is misrepresented in fotos - it is not a good fit for the sizing and unfortunately I could not return - due to sale price. If it is for "women" why not show women modeling the item. It's too much to hope BR's items fit. I will donate to homeless shelter. Blerg!!

I'm 5'2", 104 lbs and got 4P. The dress fits as if the top part was about 70% petite proportioned.Yes, it lines up right under the bust and the skirt starts flaring out at the right point— both of which are great. However, the neckline drops quite low. I wore a white bra to show that. Thankfully the elastic keeps the neckline from gaping. I'm 34A so not worried about cleavage, but it might be a consideration for certain occasions. The fabric is an opaque, nice quality crepe de chine—lightweight, subtly pebbly texture, very fluid drape, soft and matte. While the draping is flattering around the hips, it also shows panty lines, so I wear a half slip. The fabric shows tummy roundness, and I think I might be uncomfortable with that on some days. Has a nice long side zipper, though I didn't see it at first and just put it on pretty easily like a pullover, i.e., it's not super tight. It's just right.

The navy color is so faint and does not look like in the pic. Otherwise it fits my size 4.

I never received the dress. My email says I received the dress one day and my account t says another date. I check my security camera there were no deliveried either day. I wish I could review it. I was advised to make claim yet was denied. I contacted banana republic factory and gave me the same number to make a claim and there are no live agents, I get sent back to chat with someone. I keep going round and round with no assistance.

Love this dress! Fits like a glove. I'm 5'5" and about 160lbs, and I got the size 6.
