Ordered and the package said shipped and it never showed up. To this day if I press the tracking info it still says waiting on carrier to receive the package. I have since received a refund and in this case got a whopping whole 10% off my next purchase!

Loved this hat. It's crushable but somehow holds it shape and looks good. I did get caught in the rain last year and the hat is more floppy and the color did run, but I'm happy with that. Just have to make sure to wear it in the right direction now.
