this was one of three items I ordered. I got the package off my steps as soon as it was delivered. I opened it up and saw the belt was missing. I reached out to support right away and got the AI chatbot. I explained that I only received 2 of 3 items. The chatbot said it would refund the price of the belt in 5 business days. I asked if I could just get a replacement shipped, it said no, I'd have to reorder and pay shipping & tax on that new order. So it will be more expensive to get the belt later than I wanted it. This was my first time ordering from BR, not sure I'd order again.
