I'm 5'2 and 139lbs. I was looking for a few pair of dressy pants. What I love about these pants are the elastic waist in the back. They ran out of petite so I took a chance on the regular length. I can wear a size 4 or 6 in BR pants. I ordered both but the size 4 was a better fit. The size 6 wa...s baggy in the front. As for the length, my Celine or coach loafers with the chunky heel are perfect but it I plan to wear flats then I will need to hem them because they are long. I gave a long review to make it easier for any petite ladies out there who is unsure.
I bought 2 pair - one in khaki and one in navy. The elastic waistband + pleating in the front make my butt look weird. I also realized the material will be hot in the summer and I live in the south, so I won't be wearing these the majority of the year. I just realized after a few wears how cheap and... kind of scratchy the material feels. The hem in the khaki ones, which I have only worn 2-3 times has already come out complete so I will have to rehem them. I have heard about quality issues but this is the first time I have had an issue with BR and BR Factory quality. The quality is just not there with these pants. I did order the scuba and the sloan, neither of which have an elastic waistband. I have not gotten them yet, but if they feel cheap like these then I will be returning and shopping elsewhere.

These are my new favorite pant! The material is soft but sturdy and breathable. They also don't wrinkle easily, which is a huge plus. I really love the relaxed fit, elastic waist, and deep pockets. And because they're loose, they look fabulous on any body type.. I think I've found my new wardrobe staple and may buy a few more in different colors. I hope BRF NEVER retires this style.
