They're a great lightweight material. They still feel good quality, but the material makes some more comfortable for every day where. They are longer than some other banana republic trousers that I own.

These pants are fantastic and very comfortable! I'm giving 4 stars because, as other reviewers stated, they are a bit tight getting on over the hips. However, I "think" I am right in between sizes and am going to order the size up to see what the difference is.
