The material is a solid thickness and weight, which is nice and feels more luxe. I wouldn't want to wear this when it was warm out, but it will work nicely for cool fall days. The name of the item ("twinkle") tells you that it's a sparkly skirt, but you might want to zoom in as much as possible to the online pictures to see the actual degree of sparkle - it is pretty sparkly, and I would be hesitant to wear this amount of sparkle to work if I worked in a conservative place. It's pretty though, and it gives off a lowkey festive vibe.

This skirt is absolutely beautiful! It is of great quality, is a thicker material, not thin. I sized up since it is clingy. I have not worn it yet, but the little twinkle in the navy material is really pretty. I also got it at an awesome sale price. I'm very happy with this purchase.

Disclaimer: Tried on vs washed/worn, but high hopes for fabric combo maintaining look. At 5'4, ordered both Reg and Petite size and kept Reg as slit opened lower, more around knee. I enjoy shimmer and found this pretty subtle but YMMV.
