It fits well and it is comfortable.
I LOVED this top. OBSESSED even. However, I could NOT get it off my body no matter what I did. There's no stretch. Only a side zipper. No give to the fabric whatsoever. Will need another person to help you take it off. So depressing because its super cute. I wear a size 4 for reference. I would say ...it fits true to size, but doesnt come off due to the material and lack of stretch.

I wanted to love this top, but it was just a little too cropped on me (I'm about 5'8.5") and it didn't fit like the picture shows (shoulders were tight and the ribcage part was loose). The color of the top is also a brighter blue in person as opposed to the purplish-blue shown in the pictures. Since I didn't love it, I ended up returning it.

I do like the look of this shirt. I will wear with high waisted pants. I do have a short torso and normally wear petite so the length fits perfect on me, but for taller people it will expose more skin. The shirt is also tight at the bottom. It comes with a zipper on the side. I normally purchase size 8 but sized up to a 10 for a bit looser fit.
