Overall comfortable shoe (which is hard for me, I have wide feet). However, I wore them for a second time today and now a nail from the heel is poking out into my foot. I tried hammering it back in and it won't work. This seems like a crazy thing to have to deal with??
I did not expect to love these boots. I don't know why because I truly love everything I get from Banana Republic Factory. I thought for sure that when I received them, I would be returning them. But I just received them and slipped them on and they are perfect. They fit great (I went with my normal size despite other reviewers' advice and they are perfect…possibly because I'm wearing thick socks). I also didn't understand what was *slouch* about them, they are just not skin tight. But the heel is the perfect height and they are just dressy enough for a dinner out in the city. Love them! I want to get more colors!

I got these on sale for under a 100 dollars. They are good for what they are, but I wouldn't pay more. I'll wear with dresses , but the slouch part makes it impossible to wear under dress pants.

The boot is very nice and the color is exactly what I was looking for. I wish they were a little more over-the-knee because of the material they sag and can fall a bit, but the heel height is excellent and they are comfortable.

As a woman who considers heels her enemy - these are actually so comfortable! I wore them straight out of the box for a work event and was on my feet for hours with zero discomfort. I'm also on the shorter side (5'3 with shorter calves) and these do come up to around middle of my knee, but the thinner and slouchy material makes it easy to walk in / not constrictive. Recommend!
