It's a very well made shirt and fits perfectly. Also, a very pretty shirt. It is darker than the picture online, and it is more of what my mother would an eggplant color. Kind of wish it was a lighter color like the picture online, but that's OK.

I bought this in 5 colors after trying one. The slim fit lightweight flannel in 2xl-tall fits my 6'6" 265lb self better than any other flannels I've tried lately. It's not perfect, but it's close. The sleeves are just long enough, but a smidge more arm and body length wouldn't be unwelcome. I do weight lifting and strongman; my upper body is more of a 2xl while my stomach is an xl. The shirt is slim enough to be pretty fashionable on me. Most flannels in 2x or 3x are cut for overweight people. This is not a good shirt for you if your stomach normally fills a standard cut 2xl. I hope BRF does more colors, I'd probably buy more. A more athletic cut favoring a little more shoulder room and a little less stomach would be even better. Warm-ish but not thick. But also not thread-thin. I'm layering with these in winter weather right now, but I think I might be able to wear them into Spring and Fall. Summer would be rough. I appreciate that they're 100% cotton, that was a factor in my choice.
