I've heard horror stories of indigo colored clothing bleeding onto furniture or other clothes items, so I decided to wash the pants first in a separate load. However, after the water drained from the washer, the bottom of the unit was stained blue. I then had to do a self wash load with bleach, an...d then scrub additionally with baking soda. The blue stain finally came out of the washer after that. I love the pants, the way they fit. Didn't know they were going to have the stretchy waist. Can't imagine they'll hold up longer than traditional utility pants, but they're good for traveling or working from home.
I've only worn these once, thankfully to work and not around the house. After I took them off to shower my legs looked completely bruised from my ankles to my thighs. Dye had completely transferred from the pants over to my legs. I also own the green version of these and had no issues, but I won't b...e touching the blue ones again for fear of transfer to our furniture.

The Blue Dye from the pant keeps leaking to all other surfaces my legs completely turned blue after wearing for 1st time and washed it over 3 times and the blue dye still leaks.

Are these pants comfortable? YES Do these pants STINK? YES What is it with some of the these dark wash/stretchy jean that smells so horrible, right out of the bag? Washing them does not help. I can smell them all day, and this is just a deal breaker. Come on BR, you can do better.

Comfortable and casual. I give it 4 stars because of the stupid dark indigo wash that stains my hands throughout r the day, even after washing the pants. I just wish they'd figure out a way to make them colorfast
