i will be returning this bomber asap, but wanted to give a detailed review on my experience in size small of the jacket. first, the chest was bigger than i expected, at least from what i read elsewhere, when comparing to the size medium from 2 sources for the "luxe touch bomber jacket" was listed as... 42", but when i measured this jacket in size small, it was about the same, roughly 41.75 - 42" in the chest, the armhole straight measurement was about 8.75" maybe, the waist / hem area tapers to about 36". the shoulders were way too narrow in relation to the chest, measuring at the most 15 7/8 inches if you want to count the seams, or 15 5/8 inches without, which doesn't make sense when their size small dress shirts have roughly 16.5 - 17" shoulders, and were roughly the same in the chest size, maybe 41" at the lowest. the center back length was about 25.75", which was slightly too short. the neck also doesn't lay flat like normal well designed bomber jackets, it sits upward and a bit too close to the neck, making the fit a bit uncomfortable, the color of the jacket is a more of a matte black / glossy black finish, which to me, looks rather ugly. lastly, for anyone who does end up keeping the jacket, you may need to avoid machine washing / tumble drying completely as indicated by other reviewers of shrinkage problems.
