BR tall pants run very inconsistent. This style the tall feels more like a regular.
Listing online says machine washable, but the tag says dry clean only. Didn't notice till I had already washed them.

If I could give no stars I would. These navy pants were delivered and they were clearly used! When I opened the package I was hit with the smell of fabric softener. They were washed, dried and shrunk. They had no tags and were about 6 inches shorter than they should be. I know this because I ordered a black pair that came brand new in the same shipment. I sent them back and ordered another pair that came also used. Tags were missing and there was a white stain on the pant leg. So disgusting and disappointing. When I called customer service once again they could not guarantee me that I would receive a brand new pair of pants if I ordered the item again. Are you serious? Am I buying from a thrift store??? What ever happened to quality control? Are new items just packaged up and sold as new? Horrible. I have been a loyal customer for years and this is the best you can do?!
