Its very difficult to find good quality 100% cotton shorts so I love that BR had these. The drawstring is quite long and as other reviews mentioned the short leg is also wide but they they are very confy. I am 110lb 5'0 and I bought my regular size which is XS and they fit true to size. However, if ...you want to go for a tighter fit then size down. I washed in hot water and they did not shrink and did not wrinkle much. The cotton material is thin but high quality though be warned that the black shorts do pick up a lot of lint. Overall I highly recommend these shorts.
I bought these thinking they would be the same linen material as the navy stripe ones I bought.!They are NOT! The material is more like a sharkskin slick material. Not flattering and uncomfortable. Almost felt like parachute pants material. Very strange. I returned them. Loved the blue stripe linen...!

These are one of my favorite pair of shorts. I have them in black and a pattern. I cut off the drawstring because I didn't like that. I do have to steam these shorts out of the dryer but don't mind because I love them so much. They are a crisp cotton material and look so classy. Will definitely buy again.

I love..the length the fit and the fabric
