This is a relaxed fit so, purchase your small BR size. I toggle between XS and Small. I wore the flax with a white tank underneath. My husband said I looked like I was in a catalog. Not sure what that meant but it looks exactly like the model wearing that combo. The shirt is comfortable, breat...hable and roomy. It does wrinkle. When I got to work, the hem was wrinkly but not so much that it bothered me.
I am not sure why BRF put all of these shirts under the same listing when they are clearly made of different composite materials and textures. I ordered 3 shirts. The crisp blue one was obviously a different shirt - "boxy button-down shirt" - and your staple stretchy office shirt. I have a bunch ...of these so this one is going back. The next two were both "linen-blend" but boy do they differ in fabric. The lavender rose shirt is your rare linen unicorn: a nice, thick, structured linen blend that looks like it won't wrinkle as easily while providing that cool feel. Unfortunately, the color did not work for me. The flax shirt, supposedly the same blend, is about half as thick, is full of wrinkles, fully see-through, and floppy. I like the color a lot better and this would be a keeper if the same fabric structure as the lavender, but unfortunately I feel that with a few washes it will be basically unwearable. Please make the flax colored shirt in the lavender quality! Better yet, please be consistent in fabric between colors!

I like the short boxy shirt. Be careful of the color. The white makes the shirts look too small. The colored ones look hip and friendly without appearing childish.

Of all the items I ordered, I am most happy with this one. Good color for those with a spring coloring complexion. looking for yellow undertones rather than blue. Light weight-I'll wear it over short sleeved clothing in Mexico to cover my upper arms. Bought this to wear as a top covering over short sleeved items and it will work well for that.
