It seems that only all black ones have better/consistent quality than navy/grey ones, in terms of fabrics and hems. The fabric of navy/grey pack looks brushed, soft to the touch but very prone to pilling. Also one of the pairs has a different hem that does not stretch... feeling like getting strangl...ed on the thighs (see pictures) On the other hand, black pairs do not have any of those issues and fabric does not look brushed (less prone to pilling) but still feel soft. Overall I like the fit, the feel and FLY but the quality is unfortunate not consistent across the product line
The negative review is due to the fact that I ordered 3 of these and only received 2. I immediately called customer service and was told that a claim would be filed with the missing item department and I would have to wait 2-3 days to see whether it would be approved. If it's approved, i would get a... refund and would have to call back to re-order the missing pack. If it isn't approved, I then I would have paid for something I never received!!! What kind of policy is this, making your customers jump through hoops for something they didn't do wrong??? Never shopping here again!

The Label for the shipment was created on 12/22 but arriving on 01/09. It's going to take 3 weeks to arrive! Plus I got an email to review my purchase before I even received the product!. Do not order from this company.

Love that these are organic cotton and they fit my husband well. They are pretty soft too. The only issue is that the seams around each thigh don't have much stretch to them so the briefs are more bothersome and uncomfortable on his thighs especially when working out and moving the legs a lot.
