On the advice of previous reviewers, I order this dress 2 sizes up. The blue fit perfectly but I feel like I maybe could have done only one size up in the olive/ brown. If you are able, I would recommend ordering a few sizes. Really cute dress, nice medium weight so it has a nice drape to it. Can be worn as is in the summer or layered in the fall /winter. I do wish it had pockets but you can't have it all 😉 Most reviewers felt this was tight in the bust but I actually think it's a little big (keeping in mind these are two sizes up). I am a size 8, 34D and I have a little gaping at the underarm so ymmv

I purchased this dress in a 14 & 16. I have large breast. My lower half is not big but just a lil pooch. I could not button the 14 but could the 16 and I kept it. Material is excellent quality. Medium Weight which means it could go into fall with a sweater, jacket. Khaki is like a light Olive. Length perfect -179lb, 38I / 38G, 5'3. I only wear Elomi bras so like our parents taught us you wear good undergarments the rest will fall into place. :)

Love this dress. The olive color and the silhouette is beautiful on me. But the dress does run small. I am a solid size 16 in Banana Republic clothing sometimes a 14 it the item is cut big. I had to order a size 20 in this dress for it to fit. I ended up ordering 3 different sizes (16, 18, & 20). Size 16 & 18 I could not even button it up over my chest (C cups). But lucky for me the size 20 fit perfectly. I'm just under 5'4 and the length came down to right above my ankles. Love the dress I can see myself wearing it for work or for going out on the weekends. Worth the sizing frustrations.

Terrific summer work dress.

Very cute dress, nice quality but runs very small. I ordered the size 12. Way too small and I'm a 10/12 with all other retailers. I would have had yo size up 2 sizes. Sadly I had to return it.
