Not a summer weight jean

These are ok- the petite is still long on me and I'm just 5'5. I think they're comfortable but probably not the most flattering on me - but for the price I'll keep them. I am a size 12 and got these in a Large and the fit is right. I'm just not crazy about the fabric for summer and the length a little too long for me.

So cute but sizing is way off

The sizing seems to differ, depending on which color you buy. I normally wear a size 4, and I ordered a size small in the light wash. They are tight with no stretch. Size small is never small for me in this brand; sometimes it's too big. I also ordered the ecru color from a separate listing on the site. They basically look like the same pants and even have the same title, but if you go into the details, the inseam on the ecru is shorter. Other than the ecru being more of a cropped/ ankle length, these should fit exactly the same. Not even close. The ecru is huge while the light wash is too small. I wish I returned them for a medium before taking the tags off. I would love them if they were a looser fit and maybe had a touch of stretch.

Sizing is tricky but love the pants

I own the white pair in a Petite L and the medium wash in a Petite M. At 5'3", 165lbs, the white pair in Petite L are huge on me. I can wear them but they're quite baggy and don't fit the way I prefer. I expected the Petite M in medium wash to fit perfectly after the way the white L fit, but the blue M fits with no room to spare. Clearly there is a difference in sizing between the different washes/colors. I'll be keeping both pair and maybe having the white pair tailored to fit better.

Cute but big

I am 5'5" and about 122 lbs. I have a pear-shaped body, so am always worried about pants being too big in the waist and too small in the hips. Ordered a small and these were huge on me in both the waist and hips. I was torn between trying to shrink them and sending them back, but then my 5'9'', pear-shaped 18 year-old tried them on and they looked super cute on her... so now they are hers. Definitely size down for these.

I'm 5'7" 153 pounds with a straight build. I ordered a medium and they were huge on me. I'm sure I could go down 2 sizes at least. I was also hoping for softer material with a more lightweight feel for summer. I ordered 2 pairs and they're going back.

So much better than linen!

These pants are a the perfect summer pant that will hold its shape. They don't wrinkle like linen pants but the lightweight material is soft and incredibly comfortable.

The short length is not petite.

I bought these in the dark and light wash. The light wash version are exactly 2 inches longer than the dark wash. The dark wash fit perfectly for short/petite. I kept the light wash because I like the fit, I just need to hem them.
