This skirt is basically just a very flowy a-line cut... not at all bias cut and not at all the cut expecting. Generally true to size if not a little large.

This is a cute skirt. I am 5 1", 115 lbs and I felt it added weight and looked too full on me. I am short waisted so it's probably a me problem. It's high waisted so a fitted top would work best to get the best out of the skirt. Skirt is great, just not for me. I purchased a petite xsmall.
