Am a big fan of cinched waisted dresses…but this one missed the mark…the top fits good and is nice look for casual wear, but the bottom below the waist makes uou look bottom heavy because it has an a-line cut instead of easy straight like most similar dresses don by Gap or BR. The flare doesn't flow down due to the poplin fabric, making this dress grumpy looking. At 5'0", 130 lbs, I am normally a S petite in BRF dresses but had to exchange for an XSP .
