This skirt is very beautiful. The material is thick, sturdy, but still breathable. Pairs great with the voila tie shirt (the color is a close match). The waistband has a loose type of elastic that allows the skirt waist to be straight rather than smocked. Some may find it a bit loose fitting in the waist for that reason. Overall, lovely skirt for California and Mississippi weather!

I love the rich brown color and drape of this skirt. The flat hidden elastic waist band creates a smooth finish when wearing a cropped top or tucking in a cami. Definitely one of my favorite pieces this summer!
