The top is gorgeous and exactly as described. You can wear off of both shoulders or one or even wear it as a cowl neck if you want. Super multi-use and gorgeous material. Would recommend for anyone who is looking for a shirt that is off the shoulder, meaning it can hinder your arm movement, as you would think it would.

I LOVED the look of this top with the matching skirt. I purchased it for a wedding guest outfit and loved the 90's feel. However, the top does not stay in place. The part that rolls down moves and shifts every time I move. I had to constantly tug at it, put it back in place, roll it down, etc. all night. Because of this, it wasn't a great outfit for dancing, interacting, eating, or really anything. Unfortunately, I already wore it, so I can't return it, but I will be donating it, as it isn't worth wearing again. I love the idea and the look, but it needs some work to be functional.

The fit is weird, the part of fabric that should stay on chest rides right when I life my arms. I typically don't wear off shoulder tops so I don't know if it's just me. The fabric is quite stretchy.
