I love a Henley but struggle to find ones that don't look odd with my body shape (12/14, 38D/DD or 40D/DD bra size depending on the bra manufacturer, with a belly and not much of a defined waist). The sleeves help balance out the shirt and limits the emphasis an Henley usually has on the waist; the shirt texture helps camouflage less flattering parts of my upper body; and the wider neckline is also more flattering than the neckline in their ribbed Henley. My one complaint is that the fabric does ride a bit at the bottom, although that's less of an issue when the top is layered over high-waisted shorts/pants. But due to the top's flattering nature, I think it's worth having to occasionally pull down the hem.
