I was not expecting a pure white shirt, I expected a 'cream' or a little off white. However, 'snow day' and images online are misleading. This is a very 'off white' shirt. It is a great shirt though and fits nicely. Ignore any review that says these are flimsy. They are a nice quality and drape well, and are super comfortable under suit jackets, they don't add any bulk or weight like a cotton shirt would. Hope you have winter colors coming up in this style in the fall.

Sometimes petite sizing can be tricky for me for blouses because at 5'2" my torso is "regular" sizing and my arms are shorter/petite sizing. This PM blouse fit perfectly in both arm and shirt length. In addition to wearing blouse tucked in, the Afternoon Latte color is flattering and a neutral layering piece for cooler summer nights or icy A/C temps in the office or restaurants during the day.
