I find it hard to find shorts that I actually like and are comfortable. These are cute, comfortable, and I think will be a favorite for me this summer. I ordered in green and darker denim and both feel great on. High enough on my stomach and not too constricting with the elastic waist style.
I returned the shorts because they were huge and the material was a stiff denim and quite unflattering. I usually wear medium but these medium definitely fit like a large.

I hesitated to buy both the dark denim and the green because it is described as mid-rise. I ordered just the blue denim first, and to my delight, it fit like a high rise pair of shorts. Unfortunately when I went back for the green in my size, it was sold out. Very comfortable! I have a feeling they will be my go-to shorts this summer.
