Lining is not secured in bag
Solid color bag is beautiful, looks high end, larger than my normal everyday bag but light enough for filling up. Note: the beige/ivory cloth zippered liner snaps in and out on the side! So running around town it can keep small things from being lost, and for beach can take out lining and fit towels and more.

Great bag. Really well constructed. Love the tomato color… it's BIG! Dwarfed my 5'4" frame. I could pack for a weekend away. Even tho I loved it- it was just to big to work for me.
Love the red for a change vs beige bags. Agree that it is huge but will work for beach items. Also glad it has a liner. A very nice design and looks more expensive than it is.

I think this bag is going to work okay. After reading other comments some like the the insert. I want to use it as a beach bag. The lining insert may reduce how much can go in the bag (ex. beach towel). It's super cute and well made. I'm going to make it work.

Really like this Banana Republic straw market tote. It's the perfect oversized bag for both work and weekends.
