I got it in a light sage color. It came in a bit wrinkled but was easy -ish to iron. It has a nice linen feel and hand. It is structured yet minimally, I was comfortable to wear it to office on a hot day. I typically wear size Small in Banana Republic tops and bottoms, but chose this one in size M and it fits great. I still think it's tts, i have defined shoulders and long arms, and always choose size M for fitted cardigans and blazers. I'm a bit concerned about how it will come out of the wash because the ruched sleeves are permanently ruched, yet I was planning on washing and ironing it as opposed to dry clean. The lack of a button isn't an issue, I wanted to try a no button style and found that I'm happy with it. Overall I'm happy with this purchase.

The shape of the jacket is great and like the fabric. However, the jacket must have been shipped from one of the stores directly rather than from the warehouse. It has a big makeup stain from someone trying on the jacket. It's no returnable so I guess I have to spend extra money on dry cleaning before even able to wear.

I worried if the jacket without front buttons would look okay but turned out just fine. I like the fact sleeves are scrunched already and show my wrists.

I love the fit and style of the Hayden blazer. I just got my second one. This time in Oysrer Pearl. It is the perfect "smart casual" look. I am 5'4", 152 lbs, 36DD, and my first blazer was a large petite. This new one was out of stock in petites, so I opted for a regular medium. Since the sleeves are ruched to a three-quarter length, , there is no issue with the sleeves being too long for me, and I find the length of the jacket to be slimming.. beautifully made.
