Extremely disappointed that the integrity of this shirt is no longer the same colors, composition (now includes nylon) and fit (is no longer a tailored fit). Would love to see the original shirt return or for the current style to be updated as something other than Easy Care TAILORED Shirt. I purchased this shirt in March 2026 and it was perfect the way it was. My most recent purchase in July 2026 left me devastated to see the changes.

This is a great shirt - very crisp material and professional looking but it ran very small for me. I sized up and it's still tight in the upper arms and chest so I won't be keeping it. For reference I'm typically a 4 or 6 in BR and I ordered a 10. Passing this one on to my daughter.
I love the cut of these shirts and have worn them for years; they have been staples. Bought the blue stripe and white recently and the fabric has changed from 98 percent cotton to a third percent Nylon. They feel and look stiff, with no reduction in price. A great product ruined by a bad fabric.

fits like a glove ,however very flexible and free moving in shirt. easy to clean and launder too. I'm a chauffeur so my uniform has to be on point every ride. Banana Republic had the perfect clothes for that! I look professional,poised and lovely.Driving long hours the shirt and suit breathes nicely too

Awful. Awful. Awful. Bought the easy care tailored shirt for years as a server in restaurants. The last easy care tailored shirt had such a good hand feel, soft and silky for a a 97% cotton shirt. Now that they added the nylon they're siff and unmanageable. So disappointed in the new design. Sorry Banana Republic but you made a shirt that is not as good for a higher price. Again very disappointed.
