Comments about Shirred Bodice Midi Dress

I never received the dress. My email says I received the dress one day and my account t says another date. I check my security camera there were no deliveried either day. I wish I could review it. I was advised to make claim yet was denied. I contacted banana republic factory and gave me the same number to make a claim and there are no live agents, I get sent back to chat with someone. I keep going round and round with no assistance.
