I have several of these linen blend shirts, and generally they're great. Very comfortable and breathable, and with a quick iron of the hems/sleeves, which tend to crumple and roll up after a wash, they stay looking great. Most of them are true to size and fit reasonably well. But a heads up if you g...o with either of the gingham options - the weave on those is way more open and breathable, which for me was a feature, not a bug. Possibly the most breathable shirt I own. Even the slightest breeze will go straight through like it's not there, so perfect for extra hot days. However, that open weave will shrink ridiculously after just one wash. I'm a size M in all of the others, but I had to return the M gingham after washing once because it became comically short and the buttons looked stretched to their limit. I got a large instead. The jump in size is unusual (I thought it was an XL compared to the M), so after washing/shrinking it still is a bit baggier in the body than I would have liked, but the length is right and it at least fits reasonably well. So I'd recommend a size up on the gingham. If they'd made it a half-size in between it would have been perfect.

Got the navy and light checkered shirts in an L and they're so different we thought one was mislabeled. Navy fits great but the light checkered is like 3 inches longer and way more baggy. Might be a bit of trial and error for you!

Wonderful blend of linen & cotton (have to iron). I bought this shirt to wear a tie with, to church and funerals. Unfortunately, although it's a small, the neck is at least a 16.
