QC just not there. In store, they didn't have my exact size, so tried on 32x30. Length was good, waist a little baggie. Tried on 31x32, waist good, length long. So, at the counter ordered 31x30. When they arrived, it was too tight in the waste and too short in the length. These aren't cheap pants (price wise), but sizing all over the place. Returned them and will not reorder.

Perfectly fit to size. Very comfy and nice material.

The fabric is excellent, and the lightweight feel is perfect for warm weather. However, the fit is much roomier than I would expect from a "Slim" pant. The hips balloon out more than they should, giving the front silhouette more of a regular or relaxed fit. The seat is also quite loose, with very little shape. If you look closely at the product photos, the model appears to have a more tailored fit in the rear, but that's because he's standing with both hands in his pockets, which pulls the fabric forward and creates a more fitted appearance. I ordered a size 30x32. I'm not sure sizing down would solve the problem, since it would also reduce the length. With only a 32" inseam available, they're already on the short side for me. There appears to be about a 1" hem that might yield another 1/2" of length, but that's a difficult alteration, especially with linen. As it stands, these don't really fit me. A slimmer cut through the hips and seat, along with longer inseam options regardless of waist size, would make a huge difference. I'm not sure why taller customers are expected to have larger waists. I'm not aware of any strong correlation that would justify tying inseam length exclusively to waist size.

These fit great and are super comfortable! The legs do taper, so they're are almost a bit tight on my calves when I sit down, but they actually do fit well (almost all tapered-leg pants are too small around my lower legs). Great pants!
