I have an old mac coat from another brand that I no longer fit, so I've been on the hunt for a new one. I really love the shape and color of this one. It is slightly oversized- I'm 5' tall and ~125 lbs and a petite XS was the perfect amount of oversized. I have enough room to layer underneath withou...t looking comically small under it all. The sleeve length is also perfect, which is super rare for me. I also appreciate that this is fully lined, has a large vent in the back, and sleeve cuffs. My other coat didn't have these despite being a little pricier. My only complaint is that the material does feel a little cheap since it's a cotton/polyester blend. That does lend it more versatility in warmer weather, but I was expecting a tad more weight. I'm glad I got this at a steep discount since I can't see myself paying more than $75 for this, honestly. Overall, this is a nice coat that I'll be sporting a lot in the late spring and early summer, but if you're looking for something with a little more weight and less plastic, consider looking elsewhere.
I like the coat. The material is good quality and the beige color is what I've been looking for. I paid less than $100 for it so it's what I would expect. Look at the photos. There are deep fold lines and wrinkles all over the coat. It looks like it was folded and then shoved into the plastic bag.... I have to take it to the dry cleaner and hope they can smooth out all the lines and wrinkles so I can wear it in public. I am a BRF fan but I'm very disappointed with this purchase. I hope others who buy this coat will get it in better condition.

Purchased this denim coat for myself. The fit is perfect. I usually buy a size small petite, but I purchased an extra small because of the existing reviews. I am 36b 115 lbs 5.00 feet. The sleeves are a little big. No problem I can hem the sleeves to fit. I highly recommend.

I read the other reviews and went down a size. I could have gone down 2 sizes. I'm typically a 16 and I ordered a large but could have worn a medium, I believe. I love denim jackets and this is an unusual style to find in denim. It has the shape of a swing coat - it would work well for a pregnancy coat. Love the pockets, the weight of the denim, and the length overall. The buttons are a dark tortoiseshell and it comes with extra buttons. The collar looks good opened or closed and will look even better with a scarf. The sleeves have an extra button to tighten them a bit giving a gathered look, which I like.

This is a great coat, especially for Bay Area summers where evenings get chilly. However, be aware that it runs very large!! I am 5'5", 140 lbs and I usually wear a petite M. I sized down to a petite small, and I was still swimming in that, so I ordered the XS and even XXS (both petite), and ending up keeping the XS. I could still easily button the XXS, and to be honest, I preferred that fit, but it was a little tight in the shoulders. Definite size down 1-2 sizes!

This mac coat is a classic transitional piece to add to your wardrobe. It's well made, lined, irons up sharply, and works for layering. Great flying jacket. If you are longing for an Audrey Hepburn style this is it! Add a striped T, or black turtleneck, big sunglasses, sleek loafers or ballet flats, a touch of red lipstick, and a top handle bag. Fabulous!
