The shirt is nice quality but the color is not as described or pictured. It is more of a cream color than pure white. I did not want a bright white but I did want white. I will have to return it.

I love Banana Republic's linen blend clothing!! There are so many colors, styles pants, tops and dresses to choose from. I have enjoyed wearing the button down long sleeve shirts because they are attractive, soft and easy to style by rolling up the sleeves, wearing it buttoned or open over a tank top, tied at the waist! They last year after year and always look great! I do lightly press mine after they are finished drying in the dryer. I am a size 6 and I actually have smalls, medium's and large in my closet. The large is for oversized and the small fits nicely under a suit coat and looks very professional.

I got the medium (my usual size) and it fit perfectly - not too tight or loose. The linen is soft and breathable, great for shifting temps in the spring. I got the white color and it isn't too see-through. Can dress up for the office, or dress down for casual wear. Loved it so much that I also got one in Navy.

I live in linen in the summer in the south. BR's linen blends are perfect for me because of the structure they hold with the benefits of the linen. I do not agree with the fabric being scratchy as some have said. I don't know how many of these I've purchased through the years, but I didn't have a navy one, and the fit and feel of the navy one I received recently is my favorite thus far: to wear buttoned and untucked or to wear open over a linen blend tank. I am 5', 34DDD, and the Medium works perfectly since I will roll the sleeves. (Would prefer a petite if I did not roll the sleeves.) #sweepstakes

I like the weight of the shirt, a nice sturdy fabric. I have not worn it yet, so cannot speak to the wrinkle issue. Color is pretty, a soft, subtle reddish/pink. Fit is perfect - not too large or too small.

I love the style and fit of these shirts. However, the beige color fabric is rough and scratchy. The white is soft and feels better to wear.
