Not exactly sure why I got a small. Take size 26/27 in jeans but waist was enormous (like an xl) Took in (made two pleats in front with sewing machine) about 2-3 inches at the waist and then looked good. Because back is elastic, still could slip on over my hips. Reminds me of a pair I had in the 80s.... Very comfortable and flattering for something that is relatively baggy, but I'm guessing I should have gotten XXS. Good if you have an ample derrière Have not laundered yet
I don't care for the appearance of high waisted anything on myself. Probably due to my short frame and large chest. The fabric was decent, a little scratchy and lighter color slightly see through. Must be ironed otherwise looks a mess. Got a medium.

Not very flattering on my 5'3" athletic build frame. Would probably look cuter on someone taller! They're lightweight which is great for summer, but the fabric felt cheap and a little itchy.

I love these! They are a more tailored fit than the shorts from Quince. As a 5'2" woman, I need the tailored fit to keep from drowning in material. Don't wrinkle as easily so they are easier to care for. I have an athletic build, and weigh 145 lbs. The small fit perfectly.

Love the style, color and fabric on these shorts. They're the perfect length. One star off for the sizing. I purchased these last year in a small and the two pair I recently purchased are at least 1/4 inch smaller in the waste. They fit, but if they shrink, all bets are off.

I like the quality of the fabric, color, and that the flat front looks dressier than other linen shorts. However, as someone with hips, the waist fit well but it was baggy through the hips and thigh. I was hoping for a more structured fit and did not like the way it fit.
