I was excited to get this sweater, it's beautiful, comfortable, and it fit really well! HOWEVER, after only ONE wash it came out with MULTIPLE holes and was completely unwearable. Not holes in the seams that could be mended, but holes in the middle of the fabric. There was probably 5-7 holes that I found.

Very comfortable and flattering
This sweater is DELICATE. Be VERY careful when washing or wearing as it can snag and/or tear easily. I had one rip a hole in the washer on the hand wash cycle and one snag on a fingernail. Overall I'm not sure I have the patience to own these sweaters. They also attract every piece of lint so if you own pets beware.

This is beautiful and so well made! They even make it with ethically sourced wool.
Was really excited about this sweater however they shipped it using a fraudulent shipping company (Ontrac) which is known for stealing and losing packages. If you research them online there was one delivery driver responsible for stealing over 3000 packages. Banana Republic customer service has not been helpful so far. If you try to reach out to get a refund or replacement of these items they will continuously tell you to wait 24 hours. The last time I spoke with them my package had been out for delivery for 6 days and I was told to wait 4 MORE days before they would even let me file a claim. Now my package has been marked as delivered (it was apparently """""delivered"""" at 11:31 PM at night. And of course. Obviously it was NOT DELIVERED. just so impossibly frustrated. wanting to warn others as well. thank you
