I should be a small or medium, but I size up to the large in these. The medium is fitted on me, and the large is too big. Length is good in the large but a bit short in the smaller sizes. I'm 5'7. Otherwise, I love the weight of these and the elbow sleeves. They are lightweight in summer (even good ...for Houston), and leather perfectly other times of the year. The neckline is slightly elevated above a t, so these are perfect for work. More elbow sleeves please. Just a note, the purple (lavender) just launched, but it is the last week of Lent. The Orthodox and the Catholics wear purple all throughout Lent and pretty much put it away after that to opt for Easter colors. These launched way too late. I would have bought the lavender or a purple and likely both of they would have hit earlier in the season. Hundreds of millions of people... iykyk
When I received this shirt, I really liked the fit and color. I put in my closet and didn't have occasion to wear it for a couple months. When I washed it after wearing it for the first time, some of the stitching around the neckline came out. The return window had passed, so I have to keep it, a...nd I can't wear it unless I have a sweater over it to cover up the missing stitching. After being a faithful BR customer years ago, I'm very disappointed in the strange styles and poor-quality clothing that BR has been selling over the past couple years.

This shirt is wonderful for casual or dressed up with a skirt. I'm 5'5, 170 lbs, and bigger boobs. I returned the medium for a large because I like a slightly lose fit. If you have smaller boobs (cup size C or smaller) the medium would be fine.

This tee is very nice. I have multiple colors. Soft material and very comfortable around the neck. I am finding that a lot of t-shirts scratches my neck, because of the stitching. This one does not do that. I like the way it is made. It is not too thick or too thin. It is true to size so I suggest not sizing up or down. I sized up once and it was way too big. #sweepstakes.

The material feels really nice and the quality is what I expect from Banana Republic. It runs a bit bigger than I expected, but I haven't washed it yet so it may shrink slightly. Overall it's a great classic staple for a wardrobe.
