Size guide was incredibly misleading. Collar was nearly an inch larger than stated.

These shirts make up most of the dress shirts in my closet because the material, fit, and overall construction have consistently been very good. The medium slim-fit fits me perfectly at 5'11" and 162 lbs. The biggest change I've noticed with the newer shirts is the wrinkle resistance. My older Banana Republic Factory shirts would come out of the dryer essentially wrinkle-free, even after years of wear. Some of those shirts are over 8 years old and are only now starting to fray. The newer versions still look and fit great, but they now require a light ironing after washing (washed cold and tumble dried low). I ordered white, pink, blue, and teal to replace older shirts.
